Colleen Hunter

Colleen believes in the power of organizations to transform themselves, and that people are the key ingredient. She is passionate about helping organizations achieve and sustain high performance by ensuring clear alignment between business strategy and the culture, structure, people, and work that makes this happen.  Through inquiry, observation and a focus on capabilities, Colleen helps companies and groups mobilize for action.

She draws from 25+ years in industry with direct experience in strategy/organizational development, team/individual performance, agile/group methods, training/curriculum design, program/change management, building coalitions, and negotiating agreements.

Colleen holds a Master of Industrial & Labor Relations and Bachelor of Science degrees in Psychology/Political Science, both from Michigan State University (Go Spartans)!  She has earned certifications in Business Architecture (CBA), Agile Scrum Master, PROCI, ITIL Foundations in Service Mgmt, DISC Behavioral profiles, and participated in Harvard’s Program on Negotiation (PON) executive series.

Her approach to life is best represented by Francis of Assisi’s quote, “Start by doing what’s necessary, then do what’s possible; and suddenly you’re doing the impossible”.  She’s a former world-champion Ultimate player, certified yoga instructor, and an avid outdoors person. When she’s not working, you can find her on the soccer field, a hiking trail, or waiting for ‘Calgon to take her away’.
