Marlene has over 17 years of experience designing, implementing, and managing human resources programs to maximize both individual and organizational capability.  She’s held HR leadership roles in variety of organizations, ranging from large, mature companies like Microsoft and ING to small to mid-sized startups, primarily in the technology sector.  An evangelist against one-size-fits-all solutions, she partners best with business leaders who care deeply about optimizing the unique culture of their company to attract, inspire, and retain top talent.
