A current master’s student at Seattle Pacific University studying Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Matt uses his grounding in academic theory, applied experience and passion for people and analytics to help organizations meet the evolving needs of their workforce demands. He understands the potential impact data has on organizations and enjoys partnering with clients to build a story of worth from statistical analyses to help drive catalysts for change. Matt fully believes that from meaningful insight comes meaningful change. He also believes in asking the right questions, not a pre-fabricated set, when it comes to data analysis and organizational change. Matt prides himself on being personable to everyone he meets, client or not.
Matt’s experiences include survey development and analysis, employee engagement, market research, global talent management, feedback systems, career framework, performance management, and any sort of related analytics.
Matt received his Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Organizational Psychology from San Francisco State University and is excepted to obtain his Masters of Arts in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Seattle Pacific University in June 2018. In his spare time outside of school and work, Matt can be found exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest outdoors and chasing after his newly adopted dog, Kiera.
