Alexis is passionate about creating organizations that invite, develop, and retain diverse workforces. She believes that organizations thrive when their employees do. With a background in learning and development, behavioral analysis, research, and systems thinking, she focuses on developing holistic understandings of organizations, their people, and their needs. She relishes opportunities to collaborate with clients to design innovative and creative solutions to complex problems. Alexis holds a BA in Psychology from Pacific Lutheran University and a Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Seattle Pacific University. In her off time she enjoys sailing, baking, camping, and spending time with her family.
