Her expertise lies leader/talent development, performance management, employee engagement, cultural change, career management, and talent assessment and succession. She is known for listening deeply, asking questions, pattern-finding, and building trust – and for rolling up her sleeves and getting to work, collaboratively delivering outstanding results. Jane applies her deep understanding in talent strategies and change management to deliver practical, holistic solutions. She is skilled in helping leaders drive cultural change and build leadership capability through their authentic voices. Jane has a track record for building effective, productive partnerships across complex systems and organizations that result in shared ownership.

When she’s not working with clients, you can find Jane writing, reading, enjoying the outdoors in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, stargazing, or cooking.
