Lindsey is a dynamic and resourceful organization development and effectiveness professional with experience working with leaders in federal organizations, nonprofits, and fortune 500 tech companies. Lindsey has broad experience working on business transformation efforts, has led in program management roles, and has supported broad organizational development projects for her clients. She is an articulate communicator who can translate complex business challenges into simple, compelling messages and has a knack for visual and graphic communications. Lindsey is passionate about helping organizations optimize the employee experience, and loves opportunities to collaborate with clients to design innovative and creative solutions to their complex problems.

Lindsey holds a MA in Organizational Management from The George Washington University and BA in Psychology from the University of Minnesota. Outside of work Lindsey loves to travel, run, hike, cook, and read.
