Mark Reed

Mark loves to learn and apply creative and pragmatic solutions to solve organizational challenges which he has had the opportunity to do from Florida to Shanghai and many places in between. He has applied Talent Management and HR solutions internally to multiple industries including healthcare, consulting, hospitality and food manufacturing for organizations like Walt Disney Company and Holland America Group. Mark has led talent management and various parts of the HR function with focus on learning and development, performance management, succession planning, organizational development, recruiting, change management, and employee engagement. Mark holds Masters’ degrees in Business Administration and Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Florida where he started his career as a tenured Instructor in Economics and Psychology. In his free-time he enjoys taking adventures in the outdoors with his wife and their three dogs.
