Roger Kastner

Roger has over 20 years of experience helping leaders and teams increase performance and deliver on objectives through organizational development, change management, and performance improvement practices in a variety of industries. He has successfully coached leaders to foster engagement and adoption in event-based and behavioral-based change management efforts as well drive performance through leadership alignment, business transformation, and organizational re-design initiatives. Roger brings a level of dedication, flexibility, humor, and vision which helps leaders grow and achieve difficult objectives. Skilled at the art and science of getting stuff done, Roger is a Lead Instructor for the University of Washington Project Management Program, and has even written a book on project leadership.
