Terry attended Illinois State University for a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication and is certified in the Drexler-Sibbet Team Performance Model. She resides outside Portland, Oregon with her husband, sons, dogs and horses. She is deeply involved in animal rescue and leveraged her HR skills to organize and launch the Pacific NW branch of the National Great Pyrenees Rescue.
